Cancellation and Refund

At Jamdani House, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer options for returns, exchanges, and refunds as outlined below. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Timeframe: Items purchased from Jamdani House are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

    • In its original condition, unused, and unwashed.

    • With all original tags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories.

    • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Send an email to sareehouse2024@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.

    • You may also reach out to our customer service team at 6000694679 if you have any questions or need assistance.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for returning the product.

    • Please do not send the product back without prior authorization.

  3. Prepare Your Return:

    • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

    • Clearly label the package with the Return Authorization Number and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Shipping Costs for Returns:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, has missing parts, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Exchanges: If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once we receive and process the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Please contact us at sareehouse2024@gmail.com or 6000694679 as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation. We will process your refund within 5 business days after the cancellation request.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the item once it is delivered by following the steps outlined in our return policy.
